Refund policy
we specialize in high-spec bakkie transformations. We take pride in the quality of our gear. If something isn't right, here is how we handle it:
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your items must be:

In the original, unopened packaging.

In brand-new condition (no grease marks, scratches, or evidence of fitment).

Accompanied by the original invoice/proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To protect our quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

Installed Items: Any part that has been bolted on, taped (3M backing removed), or fitted to a vehicle.

Electrical Components: LED Headlights or Tail Lights that have been plugged in or had the wiring harness modified.

Sale Items: All items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Flash Sale" are final.
3. The Return Process & Fees

Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the return courier costs to our warehouse.

Handling Fee: All "Change of Mind" returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. This covers the inspection and repackaging of high-value kits like Grilles and Facelifts.

Inspection: Once we receive your return, our technical team will inspect the items. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
4. Defective or Damaged Goods
If your gear arrives damaged or has a factory defect:

DO NOT INSTALL IT. Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging immediately.

Email us at theo@motovibe.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.

If the item is confirmed defective, we will arrange a collection and send a replacement at zero cost to you.
