Shipping policy

1. Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to all provinces across South Africa. Whether you are in a major hub (JHB, PTA, CPT, DBN) or a regional area, we will get your gear to your door.

2. Processing & Lead Times

  • Order Processing: All orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom/Pre-Orders: If an item is marked as a "Pre-Order" (such as high-demand Facelift Kits), please allow 35 days for dispatch.

  • Tracking: Once your order is handed over to our courier partners (e.g., The Courier Guy, RAM, or specialized freight), you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Major Hubs: 2–4 Business Days.

  • Regional/Outlying Areas: 5–7 Business Days.

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors like loadshedding at courier hubs or seasonal delays.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

  • Heavy/Bulky Items: Items such as Fender Flares, Grilles, and Body Cladding are classified as bulky and may require specialized freight handling to ensure they arrive without damage.

5. Damaged Shipments (The "Inspect Before Sign" Rule)

We take immense care in packing your gear, especially fragile LED Headlights.

  • Your Responsibility: Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging for any signs of damage before signing the waybill.

  • Discovery of Damage: If the product is damaged inside, you must notify us at theo@motovibe.co.za within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the box and the damaged item. Failure to report damage within this window may void your insurance claim with the courier.

6. P.O. Boxes & Collection

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

  • Local Collection: If you are based in Pretoria, you may select "Local Pickup" at checkout to save on shipping costs. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
