Terms of service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and purchasing our premium bakkie accessories, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Moto Vibe reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Vehicle Warranty & Fitment
-
Disclaimer: While our products are designed specifically for the Next-Gen Ranger (T9), the installation of aftermarket accessories is done at the owner's risk.
-
Manufacturer Warranty: Moto Vibe is not responsible for any voided vehicle warranties. We recommend consulting with your dealership regarding the fitment of non-OEM parts (such as LED lighting or lift-assist struts).
-
Professional Installation: We highly recommend that all electrical components (Headlights/Tail Lights) and mechanical kits (Gas Struts) be installed by a qualified technician.
3. Accuracy of Information
We strive for perfection, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are 100% error-free. In the event of a pricing error, Moto Vibe reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
4. Modification of Goods
Any modification, painting, cutting, or drilling of our products (Grilles, Body Cladding, Fender Flares) by the customer voids all warranties and return rights. Products must be used exactly as intended.
5. Payment & Security
-
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
-
Ownership of the goods only passes to the customer once full payment has been cleared in our account.
-
We use secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your data is protected.
6. Shipping & Risk
-
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.
-
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive and inspect the goods.
7. Limitation of Liability
Moto Vibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to:
-
Damage to the vehicle during DIY installation.
-
Traffic fines or legal issues arising from the use of aftermarket lighting or tinted visors.
-
Personal injury during the fitment process.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
